8/18/2023 0 Comments Bluetooth mouse lagging macIts frustrating because it randomly disconnects and drops all connections and I cant seem to find a way to resolve this.Ĥ) Update to the Latest macOS Release - I have the latest as of today macOS Big Sur V 11.5.2 I have a black magic mouse, a black making keyboard and a Bose SoundBar MacMini Bluetooth RANDOM Disconnect MacMini with macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 randomly disconnects bluetooth, notoriously poor Bluetooth performance.īluetooth issues include keyboard and mouse intermittently dropping connection, mouse cursor randomly jumping around, other Bluetooth devices unable to connect to the Mac mini, Bluetooth speakers dropping connection, and more. Use another user on MacBook (not entirely sure if it actually works, the issue can take hours to show up without a possible trigger.).I am not sure if it is a Logitech issue or a Catalina Compatibility issue.Īlso, I discovered two *possible workaround for this issue but it won't solve it: AirPods, Sony Bluetooth Speakers) but only affects Logitech products. On the other hand, this issue does not seem to affect Bluetooth Sound Output Devices (e.g. Boot Mac into Safe Mode (Issue appears after some time).Erase Startup Disk and Re-install MacOS (issue shows up almost immediately after finish setting up mac).Install new batteries on Bluetooth devices.Delete Bluetooth preferences file (.plist).Remove and pair the bluetooth device (Device would either not show up on bluetooth settings upon removal/Device shows up but unable to be connected).Turn Bluetooth ON/OFF (Device cannot be connected after turning bluetooth back on). Here are some of the attempted fixes (failed to solve the issue): The issue seems to only occur on MacBook Pro 13" 2020. One's a MacBook Pro 13" 2017 (no touch bar), another's a MacBook Pro 13" 2020. I have tested both devices on two MacBook models. I have been trying to find out what's been triggering this odd behavior but I couldn't find any possible trigger. These Bluetooth devices would 'lag' or become unresponsive after some time of using. Both my Logitech M337/M535 Bluetooth Mouse and my Logitech K480 Bluetooth Keyboard are glitching out on the 2020 13" MacBook Pro I just bought.
